Refund policy

As each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail, I kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase details before ordering.

If there is an issue with your item, please email within 14 days of receiving your order with your order details, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. I will review your request and get back to you with the best solution.

Where possible, I may be able to offer:

• An adjustment or alteration to the item to help achieve the desired fit or resolve an issue, where the garment allows.
• Store credit to use towards a future purchase.

Please note that handmade items may have small variations due to their unique nature, and these are considered part of the character and craftsmanship of each piece.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. I cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered independently, or damaged after purchase.

To begin a return or adjustment request, please email ocallaghanbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and details of your request. I will respond as soon as possible with the next steps.
